These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to WatchSeq AI, operated by SeqOrbit (“WatchSeq”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. The Service
WatchSeq monitors public webpage content selected by you, performs one-off structured extractions, and uses automated and AI systems to identify and summarize changes. Results, target resolution, schedules, and notifications may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. WatchSeq is an information and productivity tool—not legal, financial, medical, safety, or other professional advice.
3. Acceptable use
You may use WatchSeq only lawfully and only for pages and content you are authorized to access and process. You must not:
- Monitor private, authenticated, paywalled, or sensitive systems without authorization.
- Violate website terms, robots rules, intellectual-property, privacy, database, or other rights.
- Evade access controls, anti-bot protections, usage limits, or security measures.
- Use the Service to stalk, harass, discriminate, surveil people unlawfully, distribute malware, or facilitate illegal activity.
- Overload, reverse engineer, resell, scrape at abusive scale, or interfere with the Service.
We may pause or remove monitors, limit requests, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, providers, users, or third parties.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain rights in instructions and content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to fetch submitted public URLs, process relevant content, generate embeddings and AI outputs, store results, and deliver the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary for that processing.
5. Plans, limits, and payments
Free and paid plans have monitor, extraction, and check-frequency limits shown in the Service. Paid subscriptions are processed by Razorpay and may renew until cancelled. The exact price, currency, taxes, interval, and cancellation terms shown at checkout control your purchase. Plan changes become effective only after the backend verifies payment-provider events. Fees are non-refundable except where law requires or checkout terms expressly state otherwise.
6. Third-party services and websites
The Service depends on third-party websites and providers, including Google Gemini, Razorpay, Resend, and infrastructure services. Their availability and terms are outside our control. A website may change, block automated access, or return misleading content; WatchSeq may mark the monitor broken or stop checking it.
7. Intellectual property
SeqOrbit and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation, excluding your content and third-party materials. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended; they do not transfer ownership.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and limits, or perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular check time, notification delivery, extraction format, or preservation of third-party page content.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. You remain responsible for reviewing results and for decisions made from them.
To the extent permitted by law, SeqOrbit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed changes, or third-party conduct. Any aggregate liability should be capped at the amount you paid for WatchSeq during the twelve months before the claim. Applicable law may not permit some exclusions.
10. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using WatchSeq or delete your account at any time. Deletion attempts to cancel an active subscription before removing the account. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, legal requirements, security threats, or risk to the Service. Terms that by nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Governing terms and contact
The final governing-law, venue, consumer-rights, dispute-resolution, and business-entity provisions must be completed by qualified counsel before these Terms are relied upon. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
